1. Adjust dial setting to zero using the adjustment knob on base of plafform.

2. Step on scale until weight is indicated on dial. Step off scale and allow the dial to stabilize.

3. If dial dose not return to zero, readjust dial setting to zero and repeat the weighing several weighing cycle.

Weighing suggestion:

Place scale on hard floor.

Weigh yourself st the same time everyday.

Distribute your weight evenly on the scale.
